You can make this to dress any salad with a bright and crisp flavor. Or use it to glaze to give new life to a piece of chicken or pork. I also love using it as a dip for chicken tenders or fries. The recipe is so simple but packs a powerful flavor punch!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Crigger Farm Pecan Creamed Honey
3/4 cup spicy brown mustard (or whole grain mustard if you prefer)
Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
1. Whisk the honey and the mustard together (if the honey is too solid warm it gently by placing the jar in some hot water for a couple minutes. Be careful not to turn it to a liquid)
2. Whisk in oil to achieve the consistency you prefer. For a dressing I prefer to thin this out but for a marinade or dipping sauce I prefer to leave it a little thick.
